Himitsu Shugisha

You ever meet anyone that always has a little smile on their face like they have their own personal joke or they know something you don't? Well that thought process is the origin of my pen name, "Himitsu Shugisha". It is a Japanese word that simply means one that is secretive or lives in their own world.

I found this description of myself appropriate because I am perceived as someone who is an open book, yet no one, including those closest to me truly know who I am. Like everyone I have several layers and diverse interests, which are typically explored and translated into my favorite form of communication - writing.

As a result, every article I write will consist of areas that touch my heart, something that I am going or have gone through, or simply my unique point of view on any given subject. I look forward to the open dialogue with those that read my articles and of those whose articles I read. It will be interesting to see if anyone can truly figure me out or get to know me better.
